Lerado Financial (01225) announced that on January 12, 2026, the company sold a total of 1.56 million shares of Kingland Group on the open market. The total consideration for the transaction was approximately HK$3.3 million, excluding transaction costs, resulting in an average selling price of about HK$2.11 per share. As a result of this disposal, the Group expects to realize a gain of approximately HK$200,000.
