Pagoda GP Adds 0.53 Million Treasury Shares after HK$0.82 Million Buyback on 5 October

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (Pagoda GP) disclosed a share capital adjustment following an on-market repurchase executed on 5 October 2026.

Pagoda GP bought back 0.53 million H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$1.52 and HK$1.55 per share, for a volume-weighted average cost of HK$1.54. The aggregate consideration totalled HK$0.82 million.

After the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.027% to 1,959.50 million shares. Treasury shares rose to 41.22 million, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 2,000.72 million.

The repurchase was conducted under the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 198.35 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 23.97 million shares, equivalent to 1.21% of the issued share base at the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs through 4 November 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
