普华和顺（01358）于2026年9月2日发布翌日报表公告，披露于当日在香港联交所场内回购股份47.3万股，占变动前已发行股本约0.033%，回购价格区间每股0.90港元至0.92港元，合计耗资约43.14万港元。公告显示，本次回购股份拟注销，变动后公司已发行股本仍为14.33亿股，且公司并无任何库藏股份。
公司表示，其于2026年6月26日获得股东大会批准的购回授权可回购总数为1.44亿股。截至本次回购完成，公司根据该授权已累计从包括香港联交所在内的交易所回购股份约288.80万股，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.2002%。本次回购完成后，公司剩余可回购股份约1.41亿股。
公司同时确认，已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事张月娥签署。
