本报讯 先健科技（01302）8月12日公告称，公司董事会已定于2026年8月28日（星期五）召开会议，主要议程包括：
1. 审议并批准先健科技及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核中期业绩，并通过在香港交易及结算所有限公司及公司官网刊登相关业绩公告；
2. 研究及决定是否派发中期股息；
3. （如有需要）审议暂时停止办理公司股份过户登记手续；
4. 处理其他相关事项。
本次董事会由执行董事、董事会主席兼首席执行官谢粤辉先生召集。董事会现任成员包括执行董事谢粤辉先生、吴丽萍女士及方宇先生；以及独立非执行董事周路明先生、陈东霞女士及姜峰先生。
