渝太地产（股票代码：00075）日前在港交所发布公告，董事会获股东授权，可在股东大会通过后于相关有效期内回购公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）最多10%。基于公司当前已发行股份799,557,415股，此次购回上限约为79,955,741股。
渝太地产称，本次购回将根据香港及百慕达相关法律规定，以公司可动用的现金或营运资金进行。董事会认为，适度回购有助于提升股东回报，并在适当时机调整资本结构。公告显示，公司过去12个月股价最高曾达每股0.210港元（2025年4月），最低为每股0.131港元（2026年4月）。
公司董事会强调，此举符合公司和股东的整体利益。根据公告，渝太地产将于2026年6月10日上午11时在香港湾仔港湾道一号香港万丽海景酒店阁楼举行股东周年大会，股东登记册于2026年6月5日至6月10日期间暂时关闭，登记于册的股东可行使表决权。公司提醒有意出席者尽快办理相关手续。
