Prudential plc (PRU) reported that it repurchased 252,594 of its own ordinary shares on May, 07 2026.

The shares were bought from JP Morgan Securities at prices ranging from £11.7200 to £12.0350 each, with a volume-weighted average price of £11.8321. The transaction was carried out under the authority granted at the company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting and follows the buyback arrangement announced on Jan, 06 2026.

Prudential plans to cancel the repurchased shares, which will reduce its issued share capital and voting rights to 2,518,993,447.

Prudential plc provides life and health insurance and asset management services across Greater China, ASEAN, India and Africa, and is primarily listed on the London Stock Exchange.
