HKR INT'L (00480) announced that on September 22, 2025, Dreamy Investments Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to sell all issued share capital and sale loan of Po Yat Limited to Wah Chin Investment Limited for a total consideration of HK$180 million (subject to adjustment, if any).

According to the announcement, the target company is the sole legal and beneficial owner of the property, which comprises the 8-storey public car park together with toll office and ground floor container parking space numbered C1 at "Tuen Mun Central Plaza" located at 22 Hoi Wing Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories. The property is currently leased to a car park operator for rental income collection.

The property will be delivered to the buyer upon completion in its current condition and subject to existing tenancies. Given the liquidity pressures in the property market and sluggish bulk transactions, the directors believe that the disposal provides a valuable opportunity for the group to enhance its cash flow by converting long-held assets into cash for satisfactory returns.
