PanAsialum Holdings Company Limited announced its monthly return for the equity issuer, covering the period ended 30 November 2025. The company’s authorized share capital remained at 2,400,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, amounting to HKD 240,000,000 in total.

The total issued share capital stayed at 1,200,000,000 ordinary shares. Regarding share options issued under the share option scheme adopted on 18 January 2013 (exercise price of HKD 0.396, granted on 23 December 2019), there were 20,712,000 options outstanding at the beginning of the month. During November 2025, 1,200,000 options lapsed, resulting in 19,512,000 options outstanding at month-end. There were no new share issuances through the exercise of these options, and no funds were raised during this period.
