ZO Future Group released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.
The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.25 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 922.78 million, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled.
Public-float compliance was maintained: the free-float level exceeded the 25% minimum threshold required by the Main Board Listing Rules.
No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in April. The standing share option scheme adopted on 30 December 2016 shows zero outstanding options, although it still allows for up to 70.84 million additional shares to be issued in the future. No proceeds were recorded from option exercises.
Overall, ZO Future Group reported no equity movements, fund-raisings, or capital structure changes for the month. Company Secretary Yam Pui Hung Robert submitted the statutory return on 4 May 2026.
