CHINA OVERSEAS (00688) Reports March Contracted Property Sales of RMB 28.58 Billion, Up 34.8% Year-on-Year

CHINA OVERSEAS (00688) announced that in March 2026, the contracted property sales amount for the China Overseas series of companies was approximately RMB 28.58 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 34.8%. The corresponding sales area was about 941,800 square meters, a decrease of 0.6% compared to the same period last year. From January to March 2026, the cumulative contracted property sales amount for the China Overseas series of companies reached approximately RMB 51.52 billion, marking an 11.0% year-on-year rise. The corresponding cumulative sales area was about 1.82 million square meters, down 17.1% year-on-year. Furthermore, as of March 31, 2026, the China Overseas series of companies had secured subscribed property sales of approximately RMB 12.44 billion, which are expected to be converted into contracted property sales in the coming months. In March 2026, the company (together with its subsidiaries) acquired a new land parcel in Xiamen, with an attributable gross floor area of about 58,500 square meters and an attributable land premium of approximately RMB 433 million. From January to March 2026, the group's cumulative attributable gross floor area for newly acquired land amounted to about 132,000 square meters, with a cumulative attributable land premium of approximately RMB 2.13 billion. Additionally, in March 2026, COB (China Overseas Property) and/or its subsidiaries did not acquire any land parcels.
