SMIT finalises disposal of entire Shenzhen Giga equity stake

SMIT Holdings Limited announced the completion of its very substantial disposal involving the full divestment of its equity interest in Shenzhen Giga.
All conditions precedent outlined in the Equity Transfer Agreement have been satisfied, and the industrial and commercial registration for the transaction was finalised on 14 July 2026. Following registration, SMIT no longer holds any equity in Shenzhen Giga.
The transaction concludes a process first disclosed on 2 April 2026 and detailed in a shareholder circular dated 15 June 2026. The Board confirmed that the disposal complies with all agreed terms, formally exiting the Group from ownership of Shenzhen Giga.
