朝聚眼科医疗控股有限公司（02219）于2025年11月26日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日于香港联交所回购合共120,000股普通股股份。
本次回购的价格区间为每股2.56港元至2.59港元，成交总金额约308,365港元。回购股份数量约占公司已发行股本的0.017%，回购后公司已发行股本总数维持在707,510,500股。
公告同时提及，公司于2025年6月6日通过股份购回授权，总额度为70,751,050股。截至此次回购后，公司已依据该授权合计回购600,000股，占授权通过日公司已发行股本的0.085%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。
