中国港能智慧能源集团发布盈利预警，预计截至2026年3月31日的财政年度，公司股东应占亏损将介于1.3亿至1.6亿港元之间。
这一预期亏损规模，较上一财年（2025财年）约1.06亿港元的亏损额显著扩大。公司表示，亏损增加主要归因于多个因素的综合影响。
其中包括，按公平值计入损益的金融资产公平值变动可能产生未变现亏损。同时，集团预期信贷亏损模型下的减值损失预计将有所增加。此外，集团投资物业的公平值收益也可能较上年同期减少。
