港股异动丨“牛市旗手”再度拉升，深圳将迎来一批“H+A”上市公司
周四，港股市场“牛市旗手”再度拉升，东方证券涨超4%，申万宏源、中州证券、招商证券、弘业期货等多股涨超3%，广发证券、中信建投、国联民生、光大证券、国泰海通均涨超2%。
消息上，昨日，中办、国办发布《关于深入推进深圳综合改革试点深化改革创新扩大开放的意见》指出，允许在香港联合交易所上市的粤港澳大湾区企业，按照政策规定在深圳证券交易所上市。“这意味着深圳将迎来‘H+A’上市公司，新一轮行情呼之欲出。”前海开源基金首席经济学家杨德龙指出，一方面，政策的推出给深交所带来更多优质上市公司资源；另一方面，在港上市的粤港澳大湾区企业不乏一批科技龙头企业，代表了经济转型方向，也为壮大A股市场带来了新机遇。
Wind数据显示，截至2025年6月11日，在港上市但未在A股上市的粤港澳大湾区企业共有220家，总市值约为16万亿港元，其中不乏腾讯控股、小鹏汽车-W这样的大型企业。企业回归可能带动相关股票交易活跃度，进一步利好券商佣金收入，可能推动板块估值修复。
