Sunshine Paper (02002) announced that Mr. Zhang Xiaohui and Mr. Wang Zefeng have tendered their resignations as the company's Non-Executive Director and Independent Non-Executive Director, respectively, due to personal affairs, effective January 29, 2026. Following the resignations of Mr. Zhang and Mr. Wang, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Chen Dongxu and Mr. Li Hengyuan as the company's Non-Executive Director and Independent Non-Executive Director, respectively, also effective January 29, 2026. Effective January 29, 2026, Mr. Zhang will no longer serve as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee; Mr. Chen has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee; Mr. Wang will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Li has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee.
