Trigiant Group Limited, the Hong Kong-listed cable and wiring solutions provider, submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the month ended 30 June 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the period.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 1.77 billion, and Trigiant held no treasury shares as of 30 June 2026.

Trigiant also affirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its issued share class in public hands. The filing showed no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible instruments or other agreements that could dilute existing shareholders.

The return, filed on 3 July 2026 by Company Secretary Mr Lee Yiu Wai William, indicates capital stability and regulatory compliance, with no equity movements recorded for the month.
