翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（股票代码：03378，简称“翰思艾泰-B”）于2026年6月24日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联合交易所回购普通股H股2.28万股，占回购前已发行股份（不包括库藏股）的约0.017%。本次回购价格介于每股26.9港元至28.1港元之间，合计支付629,906港元（约62.99万港元）。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量由6月23日的134,696,830股降至134,674,030股；库藏股数量增至1,544,800股；公司股本总数保持在136,218,830股。购回授权于2026年6月24日获得通过，发行人可根据该授权回购股份的总数为13,469,683股，此次实际购回股份数占购回授权决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）约0.0169%。
公司确认，此次回购已获得董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事长兼执行董事张发明签署。
