信义能源(03868)公布，有关截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息以股代息计划详情。股东可选择全部或部分以新缴足股款股份代替现金，收取每股3.6港仙的末期股息。该计划已获5月29日举行的股东周年大会批准。
代息股份的市值已釐定为1.12港元，此乃按股份在2026年6月2日至6月8日连续五个交易日于联交所的平均收市价1.184港元的95%计算得出。代息股份数目将按合资格股东所持股份数目乘以3.6港仙，再除以1.12港元计算，所得数目向下调整至最接近的整数，碎股不予配发。
若全体合资格股东选择以代息股份收取股息，基于记录日期已发行股份85.20亿股，将予发行的代息股份数目约2.74亿股，占现有已发行股份约3.21%。若全部选择现金，应付现金股息总额约3.07亿港元。
按计划，记录日期为2026年6月8日。载有进一步详情的通函及选择表格预期于6月26日寄发，股东须在7月14日下午4时30分前交回选择表格。代息股份的股票及现金股息支票预期于7月29日寄发，代息股份预计于7月30日在联交所开始买卖。
