浙江太美医疗科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02576）于2026年7月24日发布公告，披露公司在香港联合交易所场内回购了693,200股H股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不含库存股份）的约0.35%。
本次回购价格区间介乎每股5.51港元至5.67港元，总付出的回购金额约为388.18万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数由原先的196,496,133股减少至195,802,933股；库存股份数量则由4,096,400股增至4,789,600股，总股本保持在200,592,533股。
本次回购依据2026年6月23日通过的购回授权进行。授权允许公司在香港联交所或其他交易场所回购共计20,017,153股，公司至今已根据授权累计回购4,368,600股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的约2.18%。公司确认已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
