和铂医药控股有限公司（股票名称：和铂医药-B，股票代码：02142）于2026年5月18日公告最新翌日披露报表，披露公司当日于香港联交所场内回购合计100万股股份，约占公司现有已发行股本（不包括库存股）0.115%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币12.18元至12.79元，合计支付约1,251.17万港元（即总额12,511,730港元）。回购的股份将被列作库存股。
