HC TECH GP (01116) announced that following the company's termination of its company secretary service arrangement with SK2 Corporate Services (HK) Limited, Guo Xunxian is no longer serving as joint company secretary of the company, effective from July 28, 2025. Following the above changes, Mr. Zhang Hongguang will continue to serve as the company secretary of the company.
