Vistar Holdings Releases FY2025/26 Annual Report, AGM Documents Available Online

On 24 July 2026, Vistar Holdings Limited published its Annual Report for the financial year 2025/26 together with a circular covering proposed general mandates, the re-election of retiring directors, the notice of annual general meeting and the related proxy form.

The complete English and Chinese versions of all documents have been uploaded to both the company website (www.vistarholdings.com) and the HKEX filing platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic versions. Those wishing to obtain hard copies can submit the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 8535-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge.

Shareholders who have not yet supplied a functional email address—or who need to update one—are advised to do so via the same reply form. Until a valid email is provided, the company can only dispatch printed notices and actionable corporate communications.

The stated preference for printed materials will remain effective until 31 July 2028 unless amended in writing. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
