马可数字科技在2026年上半年实现营收约1.49亿元，同比去年同期的5.12亿元下降约71%。本期毛利为5470万元，相比去年同期的9120万元下降约40%；同期毛利率由17.8%上升至36.7%，提升18.9个百分点。销售及分销费用从5240万元降至2370万元，降幅约54.8%；行政开支从3820万元增至6510万元，增幅约70.4%。经营活动所用现金净额约3903万元，相比上年同期的1.73亿元有所减少，幅度约77.5%。
业务分项
1. 数字化支付方案相关业务营收3420万元，较上年同期的3.58亿元减少约90.4%。主要由于中国市场竞争激烈、资金支持不足，客户数目减少。
2. 特许经营及许可管理、光学产品销售营收6589万元，较上年同期的8817万元下降约25.3%。管理层表示，上年期内零售门店数量较多，转型期间减少经营规模导致收入下滑。
3. 电子商务营收4146万元，较上年同期的5946万元下降约30.3%。公告将该板块下滑归因于福利卡需求减少、客户数目下降。
4. 融资服务及放债业务营收763万元，较上年同期的640万元增长约19.3%。具备充裕的营运资金，满足借款人需求，带动该业务稳定扩张。
