纽约证券交易所的所有者洲际交易所与加密货币交易所OKX正携手合作，计划推出代币化证券等数字金融产品。
两家公司周一宣布，将成立一家名为OKXICE的合资企业，股权各占50%。该合资企业将由前纽约州州长安德鲁·科莫与洲际交易所期货市场高级副总裁特拉布·布兰德共同担任主席。科莫自2023年以来便与OKX合作，包括代表并为该交易所提供咨询。
科莫在一次采访中透露，这家合资企业已着手开发石油期货产品，其首要任务是获得期货佣金商和经纪自营商的许可。最终，在监管政策明确的前提下，OKXICE的目标是提供完全代币化的证券。
此次合资的达成，源于洲际交易所今年早些时候对OKX进行的一笔约2亿美元的投资，该交易对OKX的估值高达250亿美元。
OKX于2013年在中国成立，现已成为全球最大的加密货币交易所之一。去年，该平台同意支付超过5亿美元以了结一项联邦调查，此后便一直在扩大其在美国的业务。OKX背后的公司已承认曾非法为美国客户提供服务。
