Jsmart Technologies Group Limited (“Jsmart Tech”, formerly Daisho Microline Holdings Limited) confirmed completion of its corporate rebranding after shareholders passed a special resolution at the 22 May 2026 SGM.

Key changes and timetable 1. Company name • English name changed to “Jsmart Technologies Group Limited”; • Chinese secondary name registered as “金安具身智能科技集團有限公司”. • Effective date in Bermuda: 28 May 2026; registration in Hong Kong completed on 12 June 2026.

2. Stock short name • From 09:00 a.m. on 25 June 2026, the trading name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will switch from “DAISHOMICROLINE” to “JSMART TECH”. • Stock code remains unchanged.

3. Corporate identity • New corporate logos featuring the wording “金安智能” will replace the previous design across all corporate materials. • The corporate website will migrate from “www.irasia.com/listco/hk/daisho” to “www.jsmartech.hk” on 25 June 2026.

Operational impact The rebranding will not affect shareholders’ rights, the validity of existing share certificates or the Group’s daily operations and financial position. Existing share certificates remain valid for trading, settlement and registration; new certificates issued from 25 June 2026 will bear the updated name and logo.

Governance The Board continues to comprise Executive Directors Lee Man Kwong (Chairman) and Sun Jingan, Non-executive Director Yau Pak Yue, and Independent Non-executive Directors Chan Yau Ching, Leung Hoi Ming and Lin Ying.
