GT Gold releases 2026 Annual Report and dispatches AGM circular covering share mandates, board re-elections and audit renewal

GT Gold Holdings Limited published its 2026 Annual Report, a shareholder circular dated 30 July 2026 and the proxy form for the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM). All documents are now accessible on both the company’s website (http://www.gt-gold.com) and the HKEX news portal.

The circular outlines five key proposals to be tabled at the AGM scheduled for 16 September 2026: 1. Granting general mandates to issue new shares and to repurchase shares. 2. Re-election of directors. 3. Re-appointment of the external auditor. 4. Amendments to the company’s articles of association. 5. Formal notice of the AGM itself.

Registered shareholders who had opted for hard-copy communications have received printed versions of the documents. Others can access the materials online and may elect to receive future notifications via email by submitting the enclosed reply form to Union Registrars Limited.
