环球华商俱乐部(01757)8月5日发布公告，自2026年8月5日起作出以下人事调整：
一、董事局任命 1. 彭运英女士获委任为执行董事、董事局副主席兼首席技术官。 2. 郭显教先生获委任为执行董事、董事局副主席兼首席市场官。 两位新任执行董事的服务合约初步期限均为两年，期满后将自动续期一年；二人每月董事袍金均为8,000港元。
二、首席执行官任命 执行董事兼董事局主席周振林先生被委任为首席执行官，自2026年8月5日起生效。任命后，公司主席与首席执行官职务由周振林先生兼任。
三、其他信息 1. 彭运英女士与郭显教先生均为56岁，现任世界华商俱乐部(广东)有限公司副主席。 2. 上述三位人士在本公司股份、相关股份及债券中均无根据香港《证券及期货条例》第XV部界定的权益。 3. 公司董事局确认，上述委任事项不存在需根据《上市规则》第13.51(2)(h)至(v)条披露的其他资料。
公告显示，公司董事局认为由周振林先生同时担任主席及首席执行官可提高业务决策及执行效率，并将在适当时机再次检讨两职分设的可行性。
