FDA称，这则电视广告“误导性地”暗示口服形式的Wegovy相较于其他减肥药物具有优势。根据该机构2月5日致诺和诺德的信函，其对广告中出现的“活得轻盈”和“前路可期”等宣传语提出具体质疑。“此外，这些宣传语误导性地暗示了超出实际体重减轻的益处，例如情绪缓解、心理负担减轻、为患者生活带来希望或方向，将药物定位为解决更广泛生活挑战的方案，而非针对特定疾病的治疗手段，”FDA表示。
