BAIRONG-W (06608) released its monthly return for February 2026. Authorized share capital remained at USD 0.05 million, comprising 2.00 billion Class B WVR ordinary shares and 0.50 billion Class A WVR ordinary shares. By month-end, Class B issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 376.89 million with 18.15 million held in treasury, while Class A issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 72.71 million. The applicable public float requirement for Class B shares was confirmed as satisfied.

Changes in Class B included a net decrease of 7.14 million issued shares and an increase of 4.73 million treasury shares, reflecting share repurchases and exercises of share options. Class A decreased by 0.53 million shares, predominantly due to conversions into Class B. Exercise of share options resulted in 0.33 million new Class B shares issued, raising RMB 2.75 million. All share issuance and repurchase activities were carried out in full compliance with relevant regulations, as confirmed by the company’s Executive Director, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, Zhang Shaofeng.
