LUNG KEE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED (stock code: 00255) announced that, as of 24 October 2025, 710,000 new ordinary shares were issued due to the exercise of share options under two share option schemes. The new shares were issued in two batches: 120,000 shares at HKD 1.578 each and 590,000 shares at HKD 1.18 each.
Following these issuances, the total number of issued shares increased from 631,677,303 to 632,387,303. The respective percentage changes from the previous issued share count were approximately 0.019% and 0.0934% for each batch of new shares. No treasury share transactions or cancellations were reported in this announcement.
