A swift 23-minute journey from Shanghai Hongqiao Station delivers passengers to Suzhou North Station. Leveraging the passenger flow and information advantages generated by this transport hub, Xiangcheng District is broadening its path of "attracting talent along the high-speed rail line"—more young professionals are arriving by train to anchor their entrepreneurial ventures within OPC communities designed for immediate, move-in-ready operations.

Jiangsu Financial Services Qidian Space OPC Community harnesses the financial resources of Jiangsu Financial Services to focus on the core track of "Artificial Intelligence Plus," integrating the OPC innovative model to build a pioneering incubation platform. The community cultivates high-quality projects and enterprises in the "AI+" domain, centering on integrated scenarios like "AI in Healthcare" and "AI in Security," with the goal of establishing a leading national OPC innovation hub. Utilizing the research capabilities of platforms like the Jiangsu Provincial Digital Finance Key Laboratory, the community integrates resources such as the "open competition" mechanism, AgentWeb collaborative network infrastructure, and overseas comprehensive service stations. This creates a full-chain incubation service system for OPC founders, encompassing technical support, scenario matching, investment backing, and resource sharing. Notable projects like Qinruo Digital Intelligence Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. have already established a presence here.

Why just 10 ASX 200 shares? The addition of academic institutions brings innovation sources and industrial application closer together.

Tsinghua and Tongji OPC Communities are pioneering the commercialization of research outcomes. The Tsinghua University Suzhou Automotive Research Institute OPC Community, leveraging its alumni network, entrepreneur associations, and related industry funds, strengthens R&D, industrial exchange, project incubation, and the transfer of Tsinghua's technological achievements. Through activities like technology commercialization roadshows, it employs a collaborative mechanism of "Tsinghua's specialized technical problem-solving plus comprehensive resource linkage," positioning itself as the primary window for Tsinghua University's innovation and entrepreneurship in Suzhou. Projects such as Liuxiang Zhishu (Suzhou) Low Altitude Technology Co., Ltd. have been incubated here. Meanwhile, the Tongji Artificial Intelligence (Suzhou) Research Institute Developer Bootcamp, focusing on AI and embodied intelligence, leverages the Tongji brand and Suzhou's OPC development strategy. It establishes a tripartite industry-academia-research platform involving government, universities, and enterprises, prioritizing the incubation of AI tool development and training companies that serve OPC, thereby fostering an entrepreneurial cluster effect. Key projects include Yidong Intelligent Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.

The forces behind establishing OPC communities in Xiangcheng are becoming increasingly diverse.

CCF OPC Community, initiated by the China Computer Federation (CCF) and located in Suzhou High-speed Rail New City, focuses on serving early-stage startup teams in the AI field. Covering approximately 3,600 square meters with fully equipped office, meeting, and seminar spaces, the community offers first-year space support to initial tenant teams. Leveraging CCF's professional resources, it establishes an expert committee and mentor collaboration system, providing targeted guidance on technical roadmaps, product refinement, scenario validation, and market expansion. It also connects teams with technical platforms, application scenarios, investment, and professional services. Regular tech salons, hands-on workshops, and project roadshows ensure startups have support from day one. Driver-source companies like Suzhou Dongyuan Shenqi Technology Co., Ltd. have been incubated here.

Extending beyond general AI, the OPC communities in Xiangcheng are expanding along the industrial chain into specific sectors like smart cockpits.

The Smart Cockpit OPC Developer Community offers one-stop access to government services, scientific innovation, financing, venues, and financial/legal support, enabling entrepreneurs to achieve "one-person company, one-stop opening." Centered on the entire smart driving cockpit industry chain and supported by the China Society of Automotive Engineers' Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Exchange Center, startups can directly connect with platforms like the International Smart Cockpit Conference and gain opportunities to join the "Star Project" innovation and entrepreneurship acceleration camp. Regular OPC innovation classes and industry-academia-research investment matchmaking sessions are held, with industry experts and senior mentors providing technical consulting and technology achievement evaluation. The community also provides a free smart cockpit development ecosystem package, granting access to massive data and scenario resources from Suzhou's city-level cloud control platform to accelerate new technology deployment. Projects like Jizhi Ronghe (Suzhou) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. have joined.

Beyond local incubation, Xiangcheng is also extending its talent attraction efforts overseas.

The TechLink International OPC Community, established by the China-Netherlands Offshore Collaborative Innovation Center, targets overseas individual entrepreneurs, technical experts, and cross-border independent professionals. It constructs a dual-hub service system comprising an "overseas portal" and a "local platform." A "portal hub" in Amsterdam, Netherlands, connects with Europe, where overseas high-tech projects undergo "pre-incubation" locally. Concurrently, a "platform hub" in Xiangcheng District handles implementation and landing, bringing exceptional projects to Suzhou High-speed Rail New City, fostering a new pattern of "bilateral innovation, entrepreneurship in Suzhou." Leveraging professional OPC operations and its Dutch presence, the community provides a full-chain service covering project discovery, cross-border liaison, local integration, and growth acceleration.

These OPC communities are forming a connected chain. To date, Xiangcheng District has deployed over thirty specialized OPC communities across sectors such as intelligent driving, AIGC, smart construction, smart manufacturing, and industrial design—totaling more than 60,000 square meters and offering over 1,700 workstations. Three OPC communities—Jiangsu Financial Services Qidian Space, Suzhou Big Data Developer Innovation Center, and Hohai University Suzhou Future Water Valley—have been selected for the first batch of Suzhou City's model communities, ranking second in the city in terms of selection count. With additional communities co-established with institutions like CCF, Nanjing University of the Arts, and Qingtai, along with foreign-invested ones such as TechLink and DIIS Silicon Kiln, Xiangcheng's OPC industry ecosystem is continuously thickening and solidifying.

As the Suzhou North Station hub's capacity ascends, talent, technology, and projects arriving along the high-speed rail will accelerate their convergence. In Xiangcheng District, stepping off the train marks the entry into a fresh new frontier for young entrepreneurs.
