InSilico Intelligence (03696) has announced its upcoming inclusion in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index, a benchmark designed to represent the performance of small-cap companies across developed and emerging markets, covering a wide range of diversified industries and sectors. The adjustment will take effect after the market close on Monday, August 31, 2026.

Since its listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, InSilico Intelligence has been successively added to several major index series prior to this MSCI inclusion. These include the CSI index series (such as the CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Innovative Drug Index, CSI Hong Kong Innovative Drug Index, and CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Healthcare Composite Index), the Hang Seng Composite Index, the Hang Seng Healthcare Index, the Hang Seng Biotechnology Index, the FTSE Global Small Cap Index, the FTSE Global All Cap Index, and the FTSE Global Total Cap Index.

The board of directors believes that this latest inclusion in the MSCI Global Small Cap Index reflects the capital market's growing recognition of the company's core competitive advantages, scalable business model, and significant commercial potential. Such inclusions are expected to enhance the company's visibility among international institutional investors and research analysts, attract passive fund inflows from investors tracking the relevant indices, diversify its shareholder base, and improve the trading liquidity of its shares.
