有赞（股份代号：06051）于2026年5月18日发布公告，称公司在香港联交所场内回购800万股普通股股份，约占回购前已发行股本的0.0247%。本次回购的每股价格介乎每股0.113港元至0.115港元，总计耗资约90.84万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数保持为32,978,308,752股，流通股数为32,409,140,375股，库藏股数增至569,168,377股。根据2025年5月27日获股东大会通过的购回授权，公司最多可回购3,258,224,437股。截至目前，已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购173,104,000股。
