中信金融资产管理股份有限公司（02799）8月17日公告，公司将于2026年9月3日15时在中国北京市西城区金融大街8号召开2026年第一次临时股东大会。会议拟审议的普通决议案为：选举贺劲松先生出任公司执行董事。
公司H股股份过户登记将自2026年8月31日至2026年9月3日（含首尾两日）期间暂停办理。凡于2026年8月28日营业时间结束时名列公司H股股东名册的股东，有权出席本次股东大会并行使表决权。H股股东如拟参会，须在2026年8月28日16时30分前将股票及股份过户文件送达公司H股股份过户登记处——香港中央证券登记有限公司（香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712–1716号铺）。
本次股东大会的表决将采用投票方式进行，现场会议预计需时半日。股东及其代理人须凭有效身份证明文件出席，相关交通及食宿费用自理。
