TAIMEI TECH Announces Re-election of Dong Xiaohan as Employee Representative Supervisor

TAIMEI TECH (ASX: 02576) has announced that Ms. Dong Xiaohan's original term as the company's employee representative supervisor is set to expire on September 21, 2026.
According to the voting results from the employee representative assembly held on June 23, 2026, Ms. Dong Xiaohan has been re-elected to the position.
She will join the company's third-term board of supervisors, alongside Mr. Wen Gang and Mr. Cai Xin, who were also re-elected at the annual general meeting held on June 23, 2026.
The new term for the supervisory board will last for three years, commencing from June 23, 2026, and concluding upon the expiry of the third-term supervisory board's tenure.
