GREEN ECONOMY (01315) has announced the completion of the sale of all issued shares of Prosper Ace Investments Limited. All conditions precedent outlined in the sale agreement have been met, with the completion taking effect on October 22, 2025. Following the completion, the company no longer holds any equity interest in the target company, and the target company also ceases to be a subsidiary of the company. Consequently, the financial performance, assets, and liabilities of the target company will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
