The actual interest payment date is set for September 14, with the bond registration date falling on September 11 and the ex-interest date on September 13, though the actual ex-dividend date will occur on September 14.

This bond represents the second tranche of the sixth series of corporate bonds publicly issued by China Resources Land to professional investors in 2022. The outstanding balance stands at RMB 1 billion with a five-year term. The coupon rate for the fourth year is fixed at 3.25%, with interest paid annually and principal fully repaid at maturity. The bond is unsecured, with CITIC Securities acting as the trustee.

Under the interest payment plan, each batch of 10 bonds with a face value of RMB 1,000 will distribute RMB 32.50 in interest before tax. After tax deductions, individual and securities investment fund bondholders will receive RMB 26.00 per 10 bonds, while non-resident enterprises, including QFII and RQFII holders, will receive the full RMB 32.50 per 10 bonds.

The announcement confirms that individual bondholders, including securities investment funds, are subject to enterprise bond interest personal income tax at a rate of 20% of the interest amount, which will be withheld and paid on their behalf by the relevant interest payment outlets. The payment recipients are all registered holders of "22 Runzhi 11" as recorded by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen branch at the close of trading on September 11 at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The company has commissioned the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation to process this interest payment, with funds to be transferred in full to designated bank accounts two trading days before the payment date. The coupon rate for the next interest period, beginning September 13, will remain at 3.25%.
