林肯教育服务宣布信贷额度增至1.25亿美元，为增长战略注入新动能

林肯教育服务公司（纳斯达克：LINC）近日宣布与第五三银行等金融机构签署修订后的循环信贷协议，将其信贷总额度从6000万美元大幅提升至1.25亿美元。新协议包含1000万美元的信用证子额度和2500万美元的弹性增额选项，为期五年，将于2031年4月11日到期。

此次信贷扩容为林肯教育服务新增6500万美元的流动资金，显著增强了公司的财务灵活性。总裁兼首席执行官斯科特·M·肖表示："修订后的信贷安排结合我们稳健的资产负债表和强劲现金流，将为实现长期增长目标提供充足支撑。2026年第一季度19-20%的学员入学增长率，印证了我们课程的市场吸引力与增长战略的有效性。"

该公司强调，新增资金将用于推进战略增长计划与长期运营目标。修订信贷协议的具体条款已通过8-K表格向美国证券交易委员会提交备案。
