SOHO China Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular and proxy form have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.sohochina.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

To promote electronic dissemination, the company encourages registered shareholders to provide an email address for receiving future corporate communications. Shareholders can submit the address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by post or email (soho410@computershare.com.hk).

Those who experience difficulty accessing the documents online may request free printed copies by contacting the share registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by emailing soho410@computershare.com.hk.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice, signed by Chairman Xu Jin, reiterates that shareholders who have sold or transferred their shares should disregard the communication and that any preference for printed documents will remain valid for one year from the date of receipt of the instruction.
