Shanxi Install (02520) announced that on October 22, 2025, it entered into a cooperation agreement with Shanxi Sanjian and Huaneng Power to establish a joint venture. Under this agreement, Shanxi Sanjian will contribute RMB 65 million, Huaneng Power RMB 25 million, and Shanxi Install RMB 10 million, representing 65%, 25%, and 10% of the joint venture's registered capital, respectively. The joint venture will serve as the project company for the Qingshui Pumped Storage Power Station project.
