PROSPEROUSPRINT (08385) announced that on December 22, 2025 (after trading hours), its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Jade View Limited, entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with IPRO LINK FINANCIAL PRESS LIMITED (iPro Link).

Under the agreement, the parties will establish an initial three-year strategic partnership to leverage their complementary strengths. The collaboration aims to integrate PROSPEROUSPRINT's professional capabilities in the printing industry and design services with iPro Link's extensive customer base. This synergy is expected to enhance both parties' market influence in their respective sectors and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the rapidly evolving printing industry.

As part of the cooperation, iPro Link will appoint Jade View to handle all its existing and future printing and design projects. In return, Jade View commits to providing timely services at competitive prices.

The Board believes this strategic agreement will strengthen the Group's position in the local printing market and create long-term value for shareholders.
