北森控股有限公司（股票代码：09669）于2026年8月5日公告披露，当日公司在香港联交所场内回购10万股普通股，约占该日前已发行股本的0.0138%，每股回购价格介乎每股3.31港元至3.36港元，合计支付约332,996港元。同时，公司根据其首次公开发售前购股权计划新增发行10万股普通股，约占该日前已发行股本的0.01378%，每股发行价为0.00008港元。
公告显示，上述变动后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数仍为725,661,065股，库藏股份数目则增加至11,722,400股，令公司股份总数达到737,383,465股，折合约7.37亿股。根据2025年9月18日通过的回购授权，北森控股可回购最多70,122,313股，公司已累计回购16,489,000股，占授权时已发行股本约2.3515%。公司表示，此次股份回购和增发严格遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。
