SOCAM DEV (00983) announced that on September 8, 2025, Langja Limited, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to dispose of the entire issued share capital of Shui On Property Management Services Limited to Wuhan Yujing Investment Management Limited for a consideration of HK$100 million (subject to adjustment). The group expects to realize a net gain of approximately HK$47 million from the disposal.

It is understood that the target group is principally engaged in property management services in Hong Kong. After considering that the target group's scale, customer base and capital requirements are significantly different from the group's main business lines, its continued retention would disperse management attention and the group's core business resources. Therefore, the disposal is timely, enabling the group to realize the intrinsic value of the target group, achieve investment returns, and reallocate the proceeds to businesses and projects that are expected to generate higher capital returns and have greater synergistic benefits with the group's existing businesses and asset base.
