Lianlian Executes HK$2.60 Million Share Buyback, Reducing Outstanding H-Shares by 0.11%

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. repurchased 479,000 H-shares on 18 May 2026, deploying HK$2.60 million at prices ranging from HK$5.36 to HK$5.55 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was roughly HK$5.42.

Following the transaction, Lianlian’s outstanding H-share float (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.11% to 437.76 million shares, down from 438.24 million on 15 May 2026. Treasury shares increased to 28.96 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 466.72 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 6 June 2025, which authorises the company to acquire up to 41.79 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Lianlian has bought back 28.19 million shares—about 67.5% of its mandate capacity—equivalent to 6.74% of the issued shares outstanding at the mandate’s adoption date. No repurchased shares have been cancelled; all are held as treasury stock.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Lianlian is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 17 June 2026.
