本次回购的每股价格介乎港币1.31元至港币1.32元，合计支出约65.91万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为3,134,045,722股，其中库存股份增加至5,932,000股。根据2026年5月14日获批的回购授权，公司可回购最多313,138,172股股份，迄今已累计回购3,368,000股，占该授权通过日公司已发行股份总数的约0.11%。本次交易完成后，公司在接下来30天（即截至2026年6月28日）内暂不得发布或实施新的发行与出售库藏股计划。
