Koon Group Limited (Khoon Group) issued an inside information clarification on 13 May 2026 in response to an hk01.com article alleging that the High Court of Hong Kong had granted a restraint order over certain assets held by controlling shareholder Mr. Chen Zhi, who indirectly owns 55% of the company’s issued shares.

The board confirmed the following key points:

1. Neither Khoon Group nor any of its subsidiaries, directors, senior management, or employees is a respondent, defendant, or party to the referenced legal proceedings.

2. The restraint order, as described, pertains to Mr. Chen’s personal assets and does not involve corporate assets, business operations, or the financial position of Khoon Group. Any potential impact on the group’s operations has not yet been determined.

3. Apart from information disclosed in this clarification and the prior announcement dated 15 October 2025 regarding U.S. OFAC sanctions on Mr. Chen, the board is unaware of additional matters constituting inside information.

Khoon Group stated it will continue to monitor developments and release further announcements in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable regulations as necessary.
