理士国际技术有限公司（股份代号：842）日前宣布，因分拆公司需更多时间完成美国相关当局的审批程序，原先公布的分拆及分派时间表有所修订。根据公告，Leoch Energy股份将于2026年3月3日（纽约时间）开始交易，并于同日（纽约时间）/2026年3月4日（香港时间）分派至合资格股东。
公告显示，记录日期及递交存托信托公司账户资料表格的截止时间维持不变，合资格股东身份已确认。有关分拆及分派的具体条款、面向合格及非合格股东的安排，可参考此前公告及通函。
