Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (STC) said on May, 14 2026 that it has entered into a three-year framework agreement with Zhejiang Tianchui Technology to enable mutual purchases of artificial-intelligence-driven management systems and Internet-of-Things (IoT) hardware.

Under the pact, which runs from Jan, 1 2026 to Dec, 31 2028, Comba may buy Tianchui’s sensor-based automation products and related services, while Zhejiang Tianchui may source passive IoT devices from Comba.

Annual caps for Comba’s purchases are set at up to about 3.1 million Singapore dollars for 2026, 4.1 million Singapore dollars for 2027 and 6.1 million Singapore dollars for 2028. Caps for Zhejiang Tianchui’s purchases of Comba hardware are approximately 0.9 million, 1.0 million and 1.2 million Singapore dollars for the respective years.

Because Zhejiang Tianchui is majority-owned by a relative of executive director Huo Xinru and is therefore a connected party, the transactions fall under continuing connected-transaction rules. The size of the caps requires only reporting, annual review and announcement, with no independent shareholder vote.

Comba said the collaboration will help it penetrate the enterprise market for physical AI solutions and broaden its product portfolio by leveraging Zhejiang Tianchui’s automation and digitalisation expertise.
