市场消息：中国官方建议国内企业避免使用英伟达H20芯片
8月12日，彭博引述知情人士表示，中国官方建议国内企业避免使用英伟达的H20芯片，尤其是服务政府部门的应用场景。
知情人士称，政府部门近几周陆续向一些公司发函，督促避免使用性能并不领先的H20芯片。在表述中，相关部门对在政府或者国家安全相关领域使用H20芯片尤其反对，不管涉及的企业是国资还是民企背景；对于H20用于一般商业业务，相关部门也不鼓励，但措词相对温和。
其中一位知情人士表示，中国此举还波及了超微半导体(AMD)芯片，但不清楚有没有函件具体提到AMD的MI308芯片。
知情人士表示，在与企业的沟通中，政府部门提出一系列问题，包括询问企业为何选择购买H20芯片，而不是国产替代品，优先采用H20芯片是否必要，以及是否发现过H20芯片存在安全问题。
中国官方媒体近日对H20处理器的安全性和可靠性提出质疑。中国监管部门还为此约谈英伟达，要求其就对华销售的H20算力芯片漏洞后门安全风险问题进行说明并提交相关证明材料。英伟达一再否认其芯片存在任何“后门”。
据另一知情人士指出，政府针对英伟达和AMD的严格指导有可能延伸至更多领域，目前相关讨论仍处于初步阶段。
