Dah Sing Banking Group Releases 2025 Annual Report, ESG Report and Announces 2026 AGM Details

Dah Sing Banking Group Limited, holding company of Dah Sing Bank, has published three key documents: the 2025 Annual Report, a circular containing the notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

The 2026 AGM is scheduled for 5 June 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in Meeting Room N101 (Expo Drive Entrance) of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai.

Both English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report and the AGM circular are available on Dah Sing Bank’s website (www.dahsing.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications. The 2025 ESG Report is provided in electronic format only and can be accessed on the same websites.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive corporate communications should supply an email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Those preferring physical copies may submit a written request or a completed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) or by email to dahsingbanking.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
